Yeast Rolls
2 T sugar
1 T yeast (or one package)
2 C very warm water (105 – 110 degrees) (Water that is too hot will
kill the yeast)
5 ½ (to 6) C flour
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
¼ C oil
Mix water into sugar and yeast, let dissolve and bubble and foam.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well, stickier dough makes better rolls. Place in well greased bowl and
let rise until double in size.
Push dough down, pinch rolls, placing them on well greased cookie
sheet. Let rolls rise until double in size.
Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
