Finger Jello

~ Home ~ Recipes ~ Contact SuziFitz Beads

Great for kids lunches! Will not melt and needs no refrigeration! Your kids will love this. I could never make this enough for mine. And you will find yourself dipping into it, too. I made a lot using the juice from canned fruit. More heathy and they didn't know the difference. :-)

Finger Jello
3 boxes of your favorite Jello
4 packages Knox Clear Gelatin
4 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
Place the ingredients in order listed into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, mix until well dissolved and place in refrigerator until set.
Note: They are great, won't melt and kids love them! Like a Jello Jiggler, but firmer.

Fruit Juice Knox Blox
4 packages Knox Clear Gelatin (6 packages if you want it firmer to hold up in lunches)
1 cup fruit juice
3 cups fruit juice, heated to boiling

1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold juice; let stand 1 minute. All hot juice and stir until gelatine completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Pour into 13x9x2 inch pan.

2. Refredgerate until firm, about 3 hours
